PHOTO SUBMISSION & IMAGE USE CONSENT
By submitting a photo to the FMD Apparel NJ Community Gallery ("Gallery"), you ("Submitter") agree to the following terms:
1. Age Requirement. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of submission. Submissions from individuals under 18 will not be accepted.
2. Grant of License. You grant FMD Apparel NJ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and use the submitted photo on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials in connection with promoting FMD Apparel NJ products and brand.
3. Ownership & Originality. You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, including the rights of any individuals pictured.
4. Content Standards. Submitted photos must feature FMD Apparel NJ products and must not contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content. FMD Apparel NJ reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
5. No Compensation. You acknowledge that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of your submitted photo.
6. Electronic Signature. By typing your full legal name below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this consent form. Your typed name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
